At Brides by Florence your privacy is important to us which is why we are committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of our visitors and customers.

Booking and Payment

● Payment for the trial is required in full at the time of booking the trial date in. Payment to be made directly  via bank transfer.

● Trial Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

● The Booking Fee amount is £100 . This confirms and secures the Client’s wedding date with Brides by Florence at the agreed Fee.

● The £100 Booking Fee paid will be deducted from the Final Balance .

● The Booking Fee is non-refundable upon cancellation of the booking at any time, except the Client notify Brides by Florence within 48 hours after the Trial. Booking Fee won’t be refunded later than 48 hours after the Trial.

● Booking Fee will not be refunded should the Client notify Brides by Florence prior to the Trial.

● A minimum of 4 services is required ( bride hair & makeup plus another adult hair & makeup , or whichever combination you like) during peak wedding season : Fridays , Saturdays and Sundays of May - Oct and all Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve .

● Numbers of services can’t be reduced once the 2nd instalment ( 6 weeks prior the wedding date ) has been paid . If reduction is required , deadline is before 6 weeks prior the wedding date .

● If the person will still want to reduce the services ( due to last minute cancellations ) they can find a replacement ( another person who wants to have her hair or makeup done ) or still paying the full amount due and use it towards a makeup lesson or a hair and/o makeup service .

● The final payment is due 6 weeks prior to your wedding day. Payment to be made directly via bank transfer.

● If your wedding date is less than 6 weeks away at the time of booking, then payment in full is required immediately after the trial.

● A bespoke quote will be calculated for travel outside of London on transport price and time for travelling

● The price we have agreed is based upon the specifications and information provided to date.

● Any additions to the specifications will result in a revised quote;

● A change in the size of the party, or in styles, will not result in a reduction of the original price quoted and agreed.

● An extra charge will be made if additional travel is required on the day of the event. E.g. taxis from one location to another.

● An extra charge will be made if accommodation the night before the wedding is required .

● For destination weddings accommodation and travel expenses will be covered by the client and breakfast or lunch provided for the artist/artists ( at the preparation address either venue or hotel ) .

● A £95 fee will be charged for second hair or makeup look ( eg .if bride wants a different look after the ceremony ) or £195 for both . A £50 fee will be charged per extra hour .

● Flower Girl’s makeup will only consist in a bit of gloss , blush , mascara and some concealer if necessary . Full face makeup ( eyeshadow, foundation , lipstick , etc ) will be charged like an adult makeup service which is £95 instead of £30 .

Cancellations and Changes

● In the unfortunate event you have to cancel your booking, any money paid will be non-refundable.

● In the unlikely event that your artist cannot attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, they will

endeavour to provide as much notice as possible and find a replacement Hairstylist/Makeup Artist of similar standards. However, this

cannot be guaranteed and failure to do so, will result in a full refund (excluding the trial payment).

Photography

Including photos of happy customers on our websites, social media and for advertising is important to the success of our businesses.

We would appreciate having access to the photographer’s professional photos once they are ready.

You can either send these directly to the artist or give them permission to contact the photographer directly. I will assume you are happy

for us to use any images of the day unless otherwise stated.
